Twitter is an effective PR tool–sometimes. But several celebrities have recently taken their accounts down, or pretty much stopped tweeting, after privacy and publicity concerns came to a head. MTV News has more: Chris Brown is the latest artist to abandon the service completely, following the precedent set by Miley Cyrus and Lil Wayne.
