I’ve been trackin g John Sumser ’s unfolding list o f top 100 HR influencers with interest . John has now published a new list which uses algorithms to rank online footprints and identify the top 25 online HR influencers – we’re ranked at #19. Check out th e HRExaminer site for info on all of the writers; you’ll find some unique contributors. I found John’s approach to the rankings refreshing. He took time to decide upon a set of meaningful criteria and stuck to them. The ranking is a combination of three different percentages: Reach: This score (a percentile) estimates the number of people who see the material. It’s a measure of “eyeballs” or audience size.
